In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are committed to providing you with an efficient and comprehensive return and refund policy. Our policy is applicable to products that are delivered within the United Arab Emirates only. However, we are unable to process a return for products that have been shipped to any other destination.

The Return & Refund Policy of Safe Line Electrical & Mechanical LLC provides guidance on how to handle returns and refunds for products purchased on our website, www.safelinemart.com. This policy applies to customers located within the United Arab Emirates.

Returns:

Customers have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to return a product. Kindly review the eligibility criteria listed below before proceeding with the item return process.

Eligibilities:

  • Returns should be initiated only under the following circumstances (Physical damage, missing items, or manufacturing defects)
  • If the item you received is defective or damaged, you may return it with the original packaging intact in the same condition that you received it. 
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is also required for returns.
  • Other than the above-mentioned conditions if you like to return the item please check the eligibility with our support.
  • If you are eligible other than the aforementioned circumstances, we will provide a voucher.

Refunds:

Upon receipt of a returned product, we will inspect the item and notify the customer of its acceptance or rejection for a refund. Please review the eligibility criteria below before proceeding with the return of the item.

Eligibilities:

  • If the returned item(s) meet our eligibility criteria and are approved for return, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10-20 working days, depending on the policies of your card issuer.
  • For physical damage, missing items, or manufacturing defects full refund would be provided along with the shipping charges. 
  • For items that do not meet the criteria for a refund (i.e., no physical damage, missing items, or manufacturing defects) we will check the eligibility. If you are eligible for the return we offer a voucher that can be used to purchase any other item(s) from our store. 
  • If you have a change of mind before processing your product, please reach out to us, and we'll be happy to assist you in canceling your order. You will receive a refund for your payment, including any relevant shipping charges. 
  • If a refund has not been received within this timeframe, customers are advised to first check their concerned bank. If the issue persists, customers may contact us at support@safelinemart.com for assistance.
